It is difficult to start a review or to share any comments without saying THANK YOU!!! Or without saying that they all did an amazing job. Since the very first email, to the last activities night. Wallace DMC and specially Ciara and Janine, they really took care on us and the group. Their customer service and the thoroughness on every small detail, made the difference to exceed my expectations, but most important, the client’s. Their attitude and support through the entire program made the event run according to the plan. Their expertise and well known of the City, made us feel very confident since the beginning. They also proposed tremendous activities, such the walking city tour with a scavenger hunt. We also had three offsite dinners. The restaurants were fantastic, and the cost was pretty decent for a Michelin star restaurants, it was a massive surprise. We also faced an inconvenience with one of the attendees, and their responsiveness to the situation and knowledge of the City and ER services, helped us to solve the situation. If they wouldn’t be there, I don’t know how would we walked through it. Again, thank you for all your hard work, your professionalism and your attitude. Hi Mike, I hope this email finds you well. It was lovely to meet you in person at the Dublin Airport before the Reliance Matrix 2025 Sales Conference began. Thank you for making the time to greet us. I can’t believe after all this time (I started sourcing 2022 December), the program is completed! So, I’m back at my desk working on the next program but wanted to express my sincere gratitude and appreciation to your superb team and sub-contractors that provided such excellent service (guides, venue suppliers, entertainers, drivers, etc.) The list is endless of everyone that supported this Reliance Matrix program throughout the planning process as well as the flawless execution. While I know it takes an “army” to put something this detailed and of this magnitude, there can only be one “General” - Ciara Roe. Superlatives defeat me, honestly. It began with the site inspection Ciara arranged in November 2023 which really set the stage for what followed. Throughout the year+ of planning, she was a constant force of recommendations, suggestions, integrity, details, perseverance, and incredible customer-focused service. Time and time again, we asked for more activity options, more details, more gift options, etc., and she would go back to the “drawing board” and find new things for us to consider. She is indefatigable. No request was too much or too late. She always found a solution. While I knew prior to landing in Ireland, that Ciara had everything well in hand, on-site she excelled and performed exquisitely. She could teach a master class in incentive planning implementation. Ciara was by our team’s side from start to finish. If our team had long hours to provide a quality and memorable experience in Dublin and local environs to our qualifiers and senior staff, her hours were longer. Out of a group of about 160 pp, most came to know Ciara personally, which is pretty amazing in itself. Most of the time, the DMC provider is little known and operates in the background, but Ciara made it her mission to provide an elite and special introduction to Dublin for all our attendees. Every moment; every touch; every smile will linger for years to come. I guess you realize by now how special Ciara is and who provides the kind of service you can only hope you will get every time you set out on an incentive trip in a new city or country. After 30+ years in the business, I can recognize when you work with someone that is beyond the norm and who is truly exceptional. I am delighted to provide some feedback on the recent incentive programs Harvey Building Products had in Ireland. Having been on all 89 Harvey trip programs over 42 years I have seen a lot of great travel experiences and this one ranks right up there with the best. The program included 235 participants split between two stays at the Shelbourne Hotel in Dublin with a buyout of the Dromoland Castle in between. These two five star facilities provided us with exceptional physical facilities, the finest dining one could imagine and a level of service that is as good as it gets. And of course the variety of touring opportunities that we were able to offer was wonderful. Between the many treasures in Dublin, the great golf courses, the Cliffs of Moher, Gap of Dunloe, Kilkenny and many other treats, there was something for every interest. Having said all that, it is still the warmth and energy of the Irish people that made the country so comfortable yet exciting for our people. The Irish people certainly lived up to their reputation for being the friendliest people in the world. I do want to give enormous credit to our travel partner, Docherty Incentives and Meetings, and our DMC, Wallace Travel Group. Together they gave us the local knowledge and creative spark that resulted in a program that was a very special treat for each of our guests. In the end, we judge a trip program by the effect it has on our customer’s loyalty in choosing their source for building materials. Judging from the comments from our customers, there is no doubt that our Ireland program has significantly strengthened their sense of loyalty and commitment for our products.

Nothing was too much trouble, no detail to small to discuss and confirm, and they were flexible with different requests as well as friendly, understanding and accommodating for any potential issues. From start to finish, all the way until after the group were travelling onwards, the team were ultimately professional. Ciara checked in the next day to make sure everyone had made it home safely and was monitoring their onward journey that evening, despite her remit having ‘finished’ upon checking everyone in to get home. She also understood and adapted the brief to the group, making sure it was a good enough mix of fun and high-end experiences. We considered adding an Ireland program to our lineup of trips for a number of years.
