Our company was founded by my fath
er in 1970 in Westmoreland Street and we moved here to our present location in 1982 from where we started to build a substantial business travel and holiday business company.
In 1989 my wife Colette and I bought the business and began the long process of achieving the goal of a small specialist travel company dedicated to providing excellence in holiday and travel management services. There followed many years of exciting growth especially in corporate travel with a professional focus on travel management, creative incentive travel and meetings & conference management.
Our goal is to become the best, most creative and committed DMC in Ireland to the MICE and specialist tour operator sector. There followed many years of continued growth and development as we honed our skills and found successful solutions in Ireland for discerning clients and challenges from around the world.
Our dedicated specialist young team bring energy, dynamic creativity and great personal commitment to the design and delivery of exceptional Ireland Experiences.

Mike O’Shaughnessy
Managing Director
A business graduate from CIT Ireland Mike has spent his entire career working in the entertainment and hospitality industry in the UK, US and for 30 years at Wallace Travel Group.
His passion for the industry, creativity and strong customer focus has seen Mike deliver World Class large scale meetings & conference solutions and incentive travel both in Ireland and Worldwide. He is a former board member of the Irish Tour Operators Association and has served on various Irish Tourism Bodies throughout his career. Mike is a keen runner and sports and music fan.
Marie Lawlor CIS, CITP
Director of Sales
Marie has over 25 years experience working in Meetings and Incentives both internationally and in Ireland. Marie started her Irish Incentive experience in the year 2000 in operations and moved into sales in 2013. Her wealth of experience, attention to detail and love of all things Irish shines through with her clients. Marie is a Board Member for the SITE Ireland Chapter responsible for Events. When Marie isn’t trying to encourage clients to choose Ireland you will find her driving her daughters to their numerous activities which obviously includes Irish Dancing!
Roisín Carolan
Programme Development Manager
Roisín joined Wallace Travel Group in 2013. Roisín has over 15 years experience working in tourism in Ireland. Her experience ranges from a worldwide hotel chain, a global DMC and a multi-award convention centre. Roisín brings a world of varied industry experience which is invaluable to her role in Wallace Travel Group, in understanding all of our client and suppliers needs & challenges.
Following over 2 years in sales with Wallace Travel Group, Roisín moved into a new role within the company- Programme Development Manager, where a major part of Roisín's role is to develop new products to entice our clients to come to Ireland and is also responsible for site inspections, educational visits and for creating programmes to wow our clients to choose Ireland.
When Roisín’s not on weekends away in Ireland, exploring our wonderful island, Roisín loves nothing more than enjoying quality time with her family and is partial to netflix!
Elina Pranevs

Senior Project Director, Programme Design & Operations (MICE)
Elina has been working in Travel and Hospitality industry since 2001, as an event management professional. Elina takes pride in representing Ireland as a destination. Originally from Latvia she discovered her passion for travel since her first trip aboard after University.
Elina joined Wallace Travel Group in 2016 after working in top Dublin hotels in the sales & marketing and event management sector and now supports the team. Her role is to run and lead the project on the ground making sure no detail is overlooked.
Elina's spare time is dedicated to her family- she enjoys a walk on one of the stunning Dublin beaches, catching up with friends and exploring new places in Ireland as there is always something new to be discovered on our Emerald Island!
Ciara Roe
Project Leader Incentives & Events 
Ciara has been in the hospitality industry for over 10 years. Working in the events sector in two of the largest hotel groups in Ireland and the UK, Ciara has organised every event imaginable! She takes pride in her relationships with clients and loves to build new ones.
Ciara joined Wallace Travel Group in August 2022 as A Project Leader, Incentives & Events, and looks forward to maintaining professionalism with the company.
Ciara has a passion to travel and when she’s not finding quirky places in Ireland’s capital, she is looking to explore other capitals around the world!
Neringa Gerule
Project Leader Incentives & Events
Neringa has been in events industry for over 15 years. She has a great experience from large to small scale events and worked with all types of businesses where understanding tehri needs, dealing with both clients and providers, face to face was a big part of her job.
Neringa joined Wallace Travel Group in November 2022 and looks forward to presenting Ireland as a world class destination for the MICE traveller.
Originally from Lithuania, Neringa loves to travel and has so since she was a teenager. In her spare time, she spends lots of time with her familt exploring new places in Ireland and abroad. Ireland amazed her with it's mountains, beaches , rainbows and the wonderful people she meets.
