We are a proud member of SITE Incentive travel, the “I” in MICE, is the fastest growing sector of the Business Events industry with the highest per capita spend and the widest supply chain. Accounting for about 7% of all Business Events activities, the Events Industry Council’s Global Economic Impact study (2018) estimates the incentive travel industry to be worth around $75 billion globally.

The Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE) is the only Business Events association dedicated exclusively to the global incentive travel industry. Founded in 1973, we are a professional association of 2,500 members located in 90 countries, working in corporations, agencies, airlines, cruise companies and across the entire destination supply chain.

Our Director of Sales, Marie Lawlor is Immediate President of SITE Ireland Chapter. Marie was President for the years 2024 and 2025. 

Marie has worked in Incentives for 26 years and has been a member of SITE for most of her career. She currently sits on the SITE Ireland board looking after the Chapter Events. During COVID Marie said her fellow SITE members kept her sane, and it was during this time she joined the SITE Ireland Board.

Roisin Carolan, Elina Pranevska and Ciara Roe all completed their Certified Incentive Specialist training with SITE in 2025, with more of the team due to complete their CIS training in 2026.
